- Set "close after N submissions" in Advanced settings and the form stops accepting replies once you hit your limit. Responses are timestamped, so when places run out the order of replies is unambiguous.

How to build this form

- Add a short text field for the guest's name and an email field so you can reach them if plans change.
- Add a radio group with your two answers. Radio buttons rather than free text is what makes the replies countable later.
- Add a number field for guest count and a long text field for dietary requirements. Leave both optional so a simple yes is one tap.
- Open Advanced settings and set "close after N submissions" to your capacity, so the form shuts itself when the seats are gone.
