Form examples you can actually fill in
Every example below is a real Seagit form, not a screenshot. Open one, type into it, submit it, and see exactly what the person answering your form would see. Nothing is saved.

Try it liveWhat every example here includes
These are not stripped-down demos. Each one is built from the same field types and settings you get on the free plan, so anything you see working here works in a form of your own.
Validation that runs before submitting
Required fields, email formats and number ranges are checked in the browser, so a respondent fixes a mistake while they are still looking at it.
A link anyone can open
Every form gets its own URL and needs no account to answer. Add a password in settings if a form should not be open to everyone.
Responses you can take with you
Answers land in your dashboard and in any destination you add — a spreadsheet, a webhook, Slack, or an S3 bucket you own. CSV export is always available.
Start from one of these, or from an empty page.
