What counts towards a limit

Two numbers are counted, and both are counted per workspace rather than per account. Your personal space has its own allowance, and every organization you own has a separate one — so a Basic account running two organizations has 100 forms available in each of the three places, not 100 shared between them.

Response limits are per form and last the life of the form. A free form stops at 100 responses whether those arrive in a day or over a year; it is not a monthly quota that resets. Counts are read live rather than tracked on your account, which is why deleting a form frees its slot straight away.

A seat is a member of an organization, and a pending invite holds one until it is accepted or revoked. That means a one-seat plan cannot invite anybody — you are already the seat.

How billing works

Upgrading from free sends you to Stripe Checkout to enter a card, and returns you here with the plan already applied. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. Moving between two paid plans skips the payment page entirely — your card is already on file, so the price is swapped and the prorated difference charged immediately.

The same applies to switching between monthly and annual on the plan you are already on: choose Annual above and the button on your current plan offers the switch. Annual is ten payments for twelve months, so Basic costs $200 a year against $240 paid monthly — a saving of 17%.

If a card is declined on an immediate charge, the plan change is refused with it: you stay on the plan you were on rather than being moved to one you have not paid for. Cancelling stops the subscription at the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing you have built is deleted — a workspace over the free limits keeps everything in it and is simply refused the next creation. Every payment produces a Stripe invoice with a PDF, listed under Invoices in your account menu.

Pricing questions

Is there a free plan?

Yes, and it does not expire. The free plan gives 10 forms with 100 responses each, with no card required. Webhooks, Telegram delivery, embedding, CSV export and wizard steps are all included on it. Email notifications, file uploads, password protection, your own logo in place of the Seagit mark, and connected apps — Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Airtable, Notion and Google Sheets — are the features reserved for paid plans.

How much does it cost?

Basic is $20 a month or $200 a year. Advanced is $40 a month or $400 a year. Annual billing charges ten months for twelve, a saving of 17%. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax Stripe collects for your country.

Are the response limits per month?

No. 100 responses on the free plan means 100 for the life of that form, not 100 every month. The limit is counted per form, so ten forms on the free plan can hold 1000 responses between them.

Can respondents attach files?

On a paid plan, yes — up to 200 KB per file. The File Upload field is not offered on the free plan, and a free form refuses an attachment if one is sent anyway, because an attachment is stored inside the response itself rather than uploaded separately. A free form can still ask for a link using a URL field.

What happens when I hit a limit?

Nothing you already have is deleted or hidden. A form at its response limit stops accepting new submissions, and an account at its form limit is refused the next creation until you delete one or upgrade. Deleting a form frees its slot immediately, because counts are read live rather than tracked on the account.

Do I need a card to start?

No. The free plan needs no card and no billing details. A card is only entered when you upgrade, through Stripe Checkout — payment details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Can I change or cancel my plan later?

Yes, at any time and without contacting anyone.
