Open house RSVP form
An open house RSVP form lets real estate agents track who is planning to attend a showing and how many guests they're bringing. It surfaces whether a visitor is already working with an agent (a key qualifier for follow-up) and lets them pick a preferred time slot.
The form beside this text is live. Fill it in and submit it — it validates exactly as it would for a real respondent, and saves nothing.
Agent status is critical for qualification; make it a required radio
A buyer already represented by another agent needs different follow-up than an unrepresented buyer.
Guest count is a number field, not text
You can calculate expected foot traffic and parking; free text invites ambiguity.
No card required.

Live previewHow to build this form
5 steps in the editor. Nothing here needs a paid plan.
- Add text and email fields for attendee name and email.
- Add a phone field for the attendee to provide contact details.
- Add a radio field for "Are you currently working with a real estate agent?" (yes/no).
- Add an optional dropdown for time slot preferences, if multiple slots exist.
- Add an optional number field for "How many guests are you attending with?" with a note that this includes the attendee themselves.

What goes wrong with this form
Specific to a open house rsvp form, not general advice about forms.
Using a text field for guest count instead of a number field
Buyers may write "2 adults and 1 kid" or "party of 3"; a number field avoids ambiguity.
Omitting the agent status question
You lose the ability to qualify leads. An unrepresented buyer is a hot lead; a represented buyer needs a different approach.
Making time slots required when you don't actually enforce them
If 50 people pick the same slot and you're still open-house-continuous, the selection is theater.
Questions about this form
Should I make the time slot dropdown required?
No. If you don't have multiple slots or they're just suggestions, leave it optional. Required slot selection is only useful if you have hard capacity limits.
What if I don't have time slots to offer?
Omit the time slot dropdown. Collect name, email, phone, agent status and guest count.
Can I ask about the visitor's timeline to buy?
Yes, but keep it simple. Add a dropdown for "Timeline: Looking now, 3–6 months, 6+ months, just browsing".
