Early-access and waitlist sign-up form
A sign-up form is your bridge from interest to action — somebody lands on a page, likes what they see, and wants to join your community, access a beta, or get on a waitlist. This form captures the minimum you need to reach back out — name and email — plus a sense of what drew them and optionally who they are. Unlike account registration, signing up here means being added to a list, not creating a login.
The form beside this text is live. Fill it in and submit it — it validates exactly as it would for a real respondent, and saves nothing.
Select field segments your audience for better follow-up
Asking "What interests you?" creates columns in your CSV. Later, when you have news, you can filter by interest so your message reaches the right people instead of broadcasting to everyone.
No account creation means no friction
Signing up here adds them to a list in your dashboard. They never set a password or manage a login — that simplicity means more completions, and you keep all the data in one place.
No card required.

Live previewHow to build this form
5 steps in the editor. Nothing here needs a paid plan.
- Add a text field for name. A single full-name field is faster than first and last separately and still gets you what you need.
- Add an email field so you can reach the person when the product or opportunity launches.
- Add a select field for area of interest — this segmentation helps you target follow-up messages.
- Add an optional text field for company or role, so you can gauge the audience mix.
- Keep the form to these four fields — every extra field beyond name and email costs completions on a form whose whole point is a fast yes.

What goes wrong with this form
Specific to a early-access and waitlist sign-up form, not general advice about forms.
Asking for a password or account
Do not ask for a password, username, or login credentials. This product has no authentication system. Collect email and add them to a list; you handle outreach separately.
Requiring company or role when it should be optional
Requiring optional-feeling fields kills conversions. Make "Company" and "Role" optional so people who do not want to share can still sign up. You lose detail but keep the person.
Leaving the interest field with no fixed options
A free-text interest field is hard to segment later. Use a select with 3–5 fixed options, even if they are as simple as "Interested" and "Very interested".
Questions about this form
Can I use this for a beta or early-access program?
Yes. Position the form on your landing page with copy like "Join our early-access list" and let the interest select include options like "Beta access" or "First to know". When you are ready to invite people, export the CSV and filter by interest.
Does signing up create an account?
No. Signing up here adds their name and email to a list in your dashboard. There is no password, no login, no account. You manage the list through CSV export; you decide when and how to reach out.
What should the interest options be?
Anything that lets you segment follow-up — for example "Product updates", "Job opportunities", "Community events". Choose whatever matters for your own outreach strategy.
